Philippos is the CEO of Maven Global, a capital markets advisory focusing on governments and corporates, and Maven Synthesis, a fintech spinoff. Maven Synthesis has received the Seal of Excellence on financial innovation by the European Commission. Philippos is also a cofounder of Panthir Capital, a regulated asset management firm.
Previously, Philippos was a Managing Director and Global Head of FX Structuring at Barclays Capital. He started his finance career with Merrill Lynch in New York focusing on M&A /Financings, subsequently responsible for the European Structured business.
Philippos holds a BA in Engineering from Oxford University and MA Economics / MBA Finance degrees from Yale University. He is the Associate Director of the Centre for Innovation and Disruption at Bayes Business School and sits on a number of boards.
