Christos Goulas is the General Director of the Labour Institute (INE) and the Centre for Educational Policy Development (KANEP) of the Greek General Confederation of Labour (GSEE). He is a Lecturer at the School of Economics, Administration and Computer Science of the University of Neapolis, Pafos –Department of Economics and Business Administration.
