Iosif Botetzagias is a Professor of Environmental Politics & Policy and Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Department of Environment, University of the Aegean, Greece. His research has focused on environmental behaviors, environmental communication, green parties and NGOs, and the state-society interactions on environmental issues. He has (co)-authored over 70 research articles and book chapters, and he is currently involved in the JustReDi project (“Resilience, inclusiveness and development: Towards a just green and digital transition of Greek regions”), implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0 with funding from the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
