Richard Youngs is senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and professor of international relations at the University of Warwick, UK. He is co-founder of the European Democracy Hub in Brussels and author of 17 books, the latest of which is 'Democratic Crossroads: Transformations in 21st Century Politics' (Oxford University Press, 2024).
