Lev Ratnovski

Lev Ratnovski is the IMF's Resident Representative for Serbia. Previously, he was the IMF's Senior Desk for the Euro Area, Lead Economist at the European Central Bank, and Senior Economist at the IMF Research Department. Mr. Ratnovski has published in the Journal of Monetary Economics and the Review of Financial Studies. Mr. Ratnovski, a Portuguese national, started his career at the Bank of England after receiving Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam.
