Pavlos Loizou, co-founder and CEO of Ask Wire, champions the use of data analytics to optimise decision-making and bring transparency to the real estate sector. At Ask Wire, he specialises in data analytics to optimise property insights and help real estate investors, asset managers, banks, insurers, and others increase sales, manage risk, automate reporting, and optimize operations. Pavlos has held roles such as Head of Real Estate at Gordian Holdings, Head of Asset Management at Bank of Cyprus, and Partner at Resolute Asset Management, where he contributed to reshaping asset management and real estate strategies. His work is dedicated to simplifying real estate investment and consultancy, ensuring that technology serves as a bridge, making the industry more approachable and navigable for all stakeholders. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge (MPhil), the University of Reading (BSc), and a past Chairman of the RICS in Cyprus.
