Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice, advising corporates on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimise their real estate footprint from talent, real estate and business strategy perspective. Dimitris draws from 17+ years of experience in strategy consulting leading large scale consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, real estate portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia. He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy & future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press. Dimitris studied architecture at Aristotle University, holds an MSc in urban design from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He is currently based between Athens & London and in the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Zurich.
