Anna is the managing director and the founding partner of RealAct Ltd (NAIRealAct), a Real Estate Consultancy Firm, established in 2013, to service high demanding corporate clients, private individuals and investors in real estate transactions, valuations and due diligence. Prior to NAIRealAct, Anna worked at Danos (2003-2013) former CBRE and later BNP Paribas Real Estate alliance, initially as a valuer where she headed a number of portfolio valuations and feasibility studies for both private and public entities. During her initial year with the company, she managed to demonstrate communication and diversified consultancy skills and was promoted to Head of the International Business Department, a role that she kept for nine years. Her practice demanded valuation, negotiations as well as strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Anna’s principal real estate experience is concerned with foreign tenant representation (Global Corporate Services), as well as heading and coordinating investment and valuation accounts. During her practice, she has managed to win several exclusive and retained accounts and to successfully conclude a significant number of landmark investment transactions and due diligence assignments. Some of her key clients include: McKinsey, Eurohypo, Siemens, Unify (former SEN), Pierre Fabre, NSN, Nielsen, Scottish & Newcastle, BNP Paribas, Amgen, Euronews, Sonae Sierra, Blusehouse Capital, Rockspring, Secure Capital, EFG Reic, HRADF, UKA, MGPA and many others. Anna has worked in a number of large-scale valuation projects namely, Florida Park, Academy Gardens, City Gate, Bluehouse portfolio, McArthur Glen, Neapolis Development Project, Louis Hotels, Leptos Group, Shacolas Mall etc. Some of her most popular real estate investment transactions include: BNP Paribas Headquarters Sale to Grupo Dolphin, Larissa Mall to Rockspring/Sonae Sierra, City Gate to UKA/APN Group, and Siemens Headquarters Sale to Mitilineos Group. NAIRealAct provides monthly services to Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, National Bank of Greece, Optima, Cepal, Quant and has serviced a number of foreign and local clients, namely EFG, Pangaia (NBG REIC) in Valuations, American College of Greece in property leases and Valuation, Sarakakis Group in Portfolio Feasibility Study, Moneygram in office relocation and fit out project management, Unify relocation project management, LDS relocation, Secure Management Portfolio Valuations, Bluehouse Capital Portfolio Valuations, Victus Lease Renegotiations, Lokros Feasibility Study, Booking Relocation in Thessaloniki, Nokia Relocation Headquarters in Athens. Large scale transactions recently completed by the company include a CBD office building sale, on behalf of a HNW individual to a local insurance company and the acquisition of a prime office building investment transaction on behalf of Grivalia REIC. Anna is a registered valuer with RICS, a chartered valuation surveyor, an RICS assessor and has served twice as member of RICS Hellas Board. She is currently member of the five-member RICS Valuation Forum, assigned by RICS Hellas. She has completed an MBA in Real Estate & Construction from the College of Estate Management / University of Reading, as well as an MSc in European Property Development and Planning, which she completed at the University College London, UK, during 2002 – 2003. Anna’s first degree was a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, from where she graduated in 2001 with Upper Second-Class Honors. Anna is also a lecturer at the Metropolitan College, at the MSc in Real Estate Management, teaching the modules of Real Estate Economics, Asset and Property Management.
