Eduardo Espitia is a Transport Specialist at The World Bank for the Europe and Central Asia Region, based in Vienna, Austria. Eduardo is a Civil Engineer and holds a master’s degree in Transport Infrastructure and Planning and a master’s degree in Transport Economics. At the World Bank, he is developing a range of analytical work regarding sustainable mobility and transport decarbonization, rail transport, freight and logistics, regional connectivity, and climate-resilient transport.
