Panos has more than 22 years of experience in Property Development field, working in various managerial positions and leading teams from front. During his professional career in multiple organizations, he successfully delivered more than 800.000 m2 of projects in all asset classes – Hospitality, Mixed Use, Offices, Retail, Logistics- with a Gross Development Value of 1€bn. With a proven track record and strong organizational skills, he has the knowledge & experience to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard. Following positions with esteemed organizations such as Bovis Lend Lease, Reds, Intradevelopment, Dimand and others, Panos joined Grivalia Development in June 2024 as CEO.
