Alexandra Tragaki, Professor of Economic Demography in the Department of Geography at Harokopio University. She has extensive research experience in the relationship between demographic changes and their economic and social impacts. Her work focuses particularly on demographic aging and the policies to address it. She participates in national and European expert committees on demographic issues and the pension system. She is also a member of the European network Population Europe.
