Dr. Nana Tsoumaki is an experienced education and career consultant with over 20 years of expertise in leadership, lifelong learning, and professional development. She is the Founder of Athina, Education Consultants, advising educational institutions, multinational organisations, and individuals on upskilling, reskilling, and innovative learning strategies. Her research explores cultural awareness, internationalisation of higher education, and active ageing, while her practical work focuses on empowering individuals and organisations to adapt in times of transformation. A qualified coach and British Council–accredited education consultant, she also serves on advisory boards, including the Greek International Women Awards and 50Plus Hellas. Dr. Tsoumaki combines academic research with consulting practice, fostering dialogue on education, diversity, and the future of work across Europe and beyond.
