Marianthi Tatari, Director and Senior Architect at UNS, is a strategic thinker who embraces organizational culture and design across scales and typologies. Since joining in 2007, she has contributed to some of UNS’ most significant projects, including the Booking.com City Campus and the Architectural Branding design for the Doha Metro Network. Marianthi has shared her expertise on a global stage, speaking at prominent events such as the Monocle Quality of Life Conference, CTBUH Thriving Cities, reSITE in Prague, and Prodexpo in Athens, while also contributing to discussions on workplace, hospitality, mobility, and urban engagement through various design platforms across Europe and beyond. With experience spanning over 20 countries in urbanism, architecture, and interior design, Marianthi bridges bold ideas with forward-thinking strategies for design implementation. She drives projects with a vision on innovation, organisation, and creating impactful, human-centric places. Marianthi is leading Studio 12 in Amsterdam and is part of the UNS Global Leadership Team.
