Since 2011, Xenophon Kappas has served as the General Director of the Captain Vassilis & Carmen Constantakopoulos Foundation, a private non-profit organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development in Greece. The foundation focuses on key areas such as agriculture, social cohesion, culture, and environmental sustainability, promoting a sustainale model of development. With extensive expertise in sustainable development and social engagement, Xenophon has collaborated with numerous environmental NGOs in various capacities, playing a pivotal role in civil society initiatives. Beyond his professional endeavors, he has been a dedicated volunteer since his youth. Over the past decade, he has actively contributed as a Board member for both national and international organizations committed to humanitarian and environmental causes. He holds a degree in Business Administration, along with two Master’s degrees in European Studies and Latin American Studies, specializing in politics and development.
