Lisa Andersson is a Labour market economist/policy analyst in the OECD International Migration Division. Lisa has fifteen years of experience leading research projects and conducting policy analysis related to international migration. Her current work focuses on attracting talent, international student mobility and diaspora engagement. Prior to joining the OECD, she was a researcher at the United Nations University Merit in Maastricht. Lisa holds a PhD in Development Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a MS in Economics from Uppsala University.
