Born in Constantinople, he holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras. He has over 35 years of experience in dynamic leadership across multiple sectors, with deep expertise in corporate governance and strategic organizational transformation. Since 2019, he has served as Chairman of the Board of GAIAOSE, a Growthfund company, while also holding the position of Managing Director at Athens International College. From 2019 to 2023, he was a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Post (ELTA). Earlier, between 2003 and 2018, he served as Executive Vice President and COO/CTO of the PeopleCert Group, as well as President and CEO of PeopleCert Global Services. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO for fifteen years of Knowledge, a pioneering IT companies in Greece. He has been a member of the General Council of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), a board member of HellasCert (the Hellenic Association of Accredited Certification and Inspection Bodies), and Secretary General of SEPE (Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises). He is a founding member and Chairman of the non-profit initiative Hellenism in Action – BrainReGain, which aims to connect the Greek diaspora with the Greek economy and entrepreneurship.
