Labrini Zarpala is a Lecturer of Finance at Utrecht University School of Economics (U.S.E.). She holds a Ph.D. with distinction from the University of Piraeus, Greece, and her research focuses on market design, sustainable finance, and disruptive technologies. Prior to academia, she spent over a decade in the banking and consulting industry. Labrini also holds an M.Sc. in Operations Management from the University of Bath and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia.
