A highly accomplished valuation professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate valuation, investment analysis, and strategic advisory services. As Head of Valuations is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of valuation reports . She has led over 4,000 property valuations, encompassing a wide array of assets from straightforward to highly complex cases, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as organized industrial areas, and storage facilities. Her expertise extends to development appraisals, and valuations for legal proceedings. She has also conducted numerous valuations across various property types in the Balkans (notably Romania), and Europe (including Germany and Italy). She is responsible for mentoring valuers and actively participates in human resources committee meetings, contributing to strategic decisions and organizational development. She is also a lecturer at Metropolitan College, sharing her expertise in property valuation and investment strategies. She is Chartered Surveyor since 2009 and an RICS Assessor since 2013.
