George Paidakakis focuses his practice on providing regulatory, commercial, transactional and competition advice in the energy sector in Greece. He has had a leading role in many landmark energy infrastructure projects and hands-on experience of energy markets’ reforms. Prior to joining KBVL, George was the Head of European & International Affairs and Senior Legal Officer at the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAEEY) and a member of the Board of Regulators of the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). He has also worked for highly reputed commercial law firms in Greece and abroad, and for the European Commission.
