Zaritsa Dinkova is a Bulgarian politician who served as the Minister of Tourism in 2023-2024 in the Denkov-Gabriel Government. Her professional career includes serving as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker governments of 2021. As a Chief Adviser in the European Parliament her focus is on Longevity Economy. She graduated Diplomatic School of Madrid in 2003, and holds a master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid.
