Enrico joined TikTok to lead the Southern Europe Government Relations team in September 2024. Prior to this, he spent more than 15 years in the external and government relations industry, in particular at Philips as Head of Government Affairs for Italy, Israel and Greece and previously at Google where he led within the Government Affairs & Public Policy Southern Europe team the initiatives dedicated to the cultural impact of the Internet, copyright, media ecosystem and the activities with consumer organisations. Enrico holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA & MSc in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
