Mr. Andrea Michelini is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Architect of MAU Architecture, an international firm recognized for its commitment to sustainable design and innovative approaches to urban and territorial development. With a background in architecture and urban planning, he has built a career focused on design excellence, strategic vision, and cross-border collaboration. MAU Architecture, an active member of Confindustria Albania since 2018, takes part in institutional initiatives and business networks, including the Tirana Economic Forum, strengthening relations between Italian and Albanian enterprises and promoting a shared vision of sustainable industrial and territorial growth. Under Mr. Michelini’s leadership, the firm has expanded in Albania and abroad, leading major public and private projects such as the redevelopment of Fier’s city center, the reconstruction of public schools after the 2019 earthquake, and initiatives supported by the World Bank and UNDP. The practice now extends to Turkey and Costa Rica, promoting sustainability, innovation, and cultural dialogue through architecture. A promoter of international opportunities, Mr. Michelini acts as a bridge between Italy, Albania, and beyond, advancing cooperation and sustainable development through architecture and strategic partnerships. He is also Ambassador of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Albania, with MAU Architecture as an Associate Member, and is affiliated with MTFT Group Development, a multidisciplinary platform that combines strategic vision, design, and negotiation to advance high-value real estate initiatives. Through this network, MTFT fosters sustainable investment, enduring partnerships, and projects that become shared paths of growth and territorial enhancement.
