MEng Civil Engineer (National Technical University of Athens – NTUA) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He has 35 years of experience in sales management of building materials and applications in both Greek and multinational companies, in construction and property renovation (former co-owner of the technical company ERMON, since 1999), in real estate brokerage (owner of RE/MAX Elite, since 2003), and in property valuation (owner of AVDELAS VALUERS, since 2010). He serves as a Court-Appointed Expert Witness in Real Estate, registered in the Official Experts’ Lists of the Athens and Piraeus Courts, and is a Certified Property Valuer registered with the Ministry of Finance and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He is also a Recognised European Valuer (REV) accredited by TEGoVA, and a former Vice President of EPPA (Hellenic Association of Certified Real Estate Agents and Valuers).
