Cem Özgüzel is an Economist at the ECO/SPDR. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics. Before joining the OECD, he was a Teaching and Research Fellow at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Lecturer at Sciences Po. He has also been a visiting scholar at Harvard University and the German Institute for Employment Research.
