Natalia Soulia is a privacy and technology lawyer. She has graduated from the Law School of Athens and holds two masters in technology and IP law from the LSE and the University of Munich. Natalia has amassed substantial experience in data protection and technology law both internationally, working in Germany for a U.S. law firm and in Greece, through her career path at KG Law Firm and a big 4 company. Natalia’s practice spans advisory, transactional, and contentious work on a broad range of data protection and privacy issues. Drawing on her diverse work experience and commercially driven approach, she is well versed in walking companies through the process of achieving GDPR compliance, while she counsels clients on data protection issues arising in the context of M&A transactions, investigations and outsourcing arrangements. Natalia also provides strategic legal advice on ePrivacy and e-commerce. In addition to data protection, Natalia has a strong track record of navigating clients through cybersecurity and other regulatory requirements in the fields of digital and emerging technologies, advising on matters pertaining to AI, communications secrecy and the sweeping EU digital regulations.
