Graduated from I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with honors (dated July 5, 2017). Obtained the professional qualification of Bachelor of Political Science.
Graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Public Administration under the educational program Public Administration and Management.
Since 2019, I have been working at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, progressing from the position of State Expert in the Expert Group to Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

In my role, I am responsible for developing electronic and administrative services that are user-friendly and personalized. I also focus on building effective digital interaction between government bodies (G2G) to make their work more coordinated and efficient.
I am an experienced project leader with over 6 years of experience in digital transformation and govtech. I led the Diia portal, Ukraine’s flagship digital government platform.
I specialize in launching and scaling user-centric e-government solutions. Over the past few years, I have successfully delivered over 130 national-level digital services, including e-Reservation, Business Grants, Digital Business Licensing, and the International Register of Damages.
I am passionate about identifying bureaucratic barriers, driving business process reengineering, and building digital ecosystems that simplify public services and empower citizens.
