Panagiotis Kiskiras holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an MBA in Strategic Management. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece (ΤΕΕ) and of the Certification Supervision Committee of the TEE-TMEDE Institute, which oversees certifications of real estate appraisers and mechanical installations appraisers. Alongside his professional career as a consulting engineer, he has served as a member of the Technical Council of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education, as Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Planning of Glyfada and as President of the Development Organization of the Municipality of Glyfada. He is currently the Director of the Armed Forces Real Estate Development Service under the Ministry of National Defense, responsible for managing and developing properties owned by the Armed Forces in order to secure resources for the benefit of the Armed Forces and their personnel and support their housing program.
