Antonella, as Senior Vice President and General Manager, leads IQVIA's commercial strategy and operations in Italy and Greece, overseeing a team of aprox 2000 professionals in commercial services, technology solutions and clinical research serving LifeScience Companies as well as the HealthCare Ecosystem, across Payors, Providers and Institutions. Since 2022, she has been the executive sponsor of the Women Inspired Network Initiative within IQVIA's Future program. Joining IQVIA in 2008, Antonella has held various leadership roles at both Country and EMEA levels, focusing on Consulting, Technology, Real World Evidence & Government Solutions, and driving acquisitions, strategic initiatives and partnerships. Before IQVIA, she worked for 8 years at Booz & Company, managing transformative programs for major Retail & FMCG corporations in EMEA. Antonella holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in Economic and Finance from Pompeu Fabra University, and a MSc magna cum laude in Economics and Social Science from Bocconi University.
