Katerina Konstantinou is a Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, with over 15 years of experience in the gaming and telecommunications sectors. With extensive expertise in analytics, CRM and Rewards, Katerina joined Vodafone in 2022 and has since focused on HR analytics, using data-driven insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness. She holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences from NTUA and an MSc in Operational Research and Management Science from Warwick Business School.
