Kostas is a seasoned real estate professional with over 16 years of continuous experience. He currently serves as the Director of Private Equity and Real Estate at Southrock Asset Management SA, a role he has held since 2022. Prior to joining Southrock, Kostas spent 13 years with the affiliates of CBRE in Greece, under the Atria Group, where he held key positions in Valuation Advisory, Transaction Management, and Corporate Real Estate. He holds a BSc in Economics from Panteion University and an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
