Lefteris Charalambous is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Athens Office, where he has been working since 2008 The focus of his professional activity has been on the energy (incl. power, gas, oil) and industry sectors and on Strategy, Risk and Regulation related topics. He is also a core member of McKinsey’ Electricity Power and Natural Gas, Strategy and Risk service line He has been supporting utilities, energy and industrial players and industrial associations in Greece, Europe and the Middle East to redefine their strategies, embrace new technologies and innovation and take a stance on climate change and sustainability  Lefteris holds an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business Scahool and a degree with highest honors in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens
