Elvire Fabry is Senior Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute in charge of Geopolitics of Trade.

She is member of : the Board of CEPII, leading French centre for research and expertise on the world economy, the Policy Advisory Committee of the German Marshall Fund-Paris, the Jean Monnet Network on Transatlantic Trade Politics, Scientific Council of Elcano Royal Institute, the Board of Futuribles International and of the editorial board of the foresight journal Futuribles,
She holds a PhD in political science from Sciences-Po Paris.
