Leonardo is the Founder and Executive Director of Stewards, the organisation establishing Steward-Ownership, a successful ownership and governance structure model in the Greek business and non-profit ecosystem.

Leonardo has managed SMEs on four continents, specialising in strategic positioning and business development. His deep knowledge of start-ups and early-stage ventures has landed him management and advising roles for Family offices and HNWIs on Impact investing and Social entrepreneurship.

Initial studies in Microelectronics Engineering / Computer science and holder of an MSc in Global Management, dedicating his time to studying Behavioural Science and Cognitive Psychology while supporting conscious organisations and social enterprises in establishing collaborative and participatory business and governance systems.
