Andreea Moraru is Director, Regional Head responsible for managing the EBRD’s operations in Greece and Cyprus. She has over 20 years of experience in leading, structuring, negotiating and closing of a wide range of debt and equity projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and North Africa. During this time, she has served as a non-executive director on insurance and pension funds boards in Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Russia and currently in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine. Andreea has an Executive MBA from Cass Business School London.
