Sergiu Mitrescu is the Program Director of the New Strategy Center in Bucharest. He holds a BA in International Relations and a MA in Security Studies from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is specialized in geoconomics, energy and infrastructure, with a focus on the wider Balkan region.
