Constantine is currently the Deputy CFO of Star Bulk Carriers Corp., the largest US listed dry bulk company and the Co-CFO of Product Shipping & Trading, a private product tanker operator. Combined, the companies own and manage more than 140 vessels in the dry bulk and product tanker space.

Prior to that, Constantine has worked at Morgan Stanley’s M&A Investment Banking Division in London on Transportation, Technology and Mining projects.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University, a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and a MBA from MIT.
