Costas Papamantellos joined the RWE Group in 2008 as Business Development Director of RWE AG. In 2011, he transitioned to RWE Supply & Trading where since 2018 he is heading the RWE Energy Transition Investments investment vehicle. Since 2021, Costas also holds the position of Chairman & CEO at RWE Renewables Hellas.

Prior to joining RWE, Costas was for 3 years at the Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant, and for 5 years at the Viohalco Group in various commercial positions.

Costas holds a MsC and PhD degree in Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
