Ana Arifović has been working for 15 years on a several geological exploration projects of mineral deposits in Serbia. She is the Head Geologist of ELB+, a leader in borate and lithium exploration in Serbia.

As a part of ELB+, Ana worked on implementing working procedures, creating a two-year prefeasibility project plan, and improving relations with the local community. Currently she is also the company's representative in consortia for EU projects. Ana lives in Belgrade with her family.
