Dimitrios Papoulis is CEO, Executive Member of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Trade Estates REIC, a leading real estate investment company in Greece, operating across Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. The Company focuses on the development and acquisition of Retail Parks and new-generation logistics centers, providing integrated commercial and supply solutions with direct access to markets and services. Trade Estates REIC is listed on the Athens Exchange (ATHEX), with Fourlis Group as a major shareholder. Mr. Papoulis has extensive experience in real estate, retail, and investment management. Prior to joining Trade Estates REIC, he held senior executive positions including CEO of South Sofia Ring Mall EOOD, Regional Managing Director of Starbucks Coffee and Gap Inc. at Marinopoulos Group, General Manager and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Hatzioannou Holdings, Chief Operating Officer of FFG Platinum AE, and Commercial Director of Fashion Box Hellas. He holds a BA in Economics & Finance from Macalester College (USA), an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (UK), and an Executive Education Diploma in Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School.
