Angeliki Andreou is Retail Senior Director at Noval Property R.E.I.C., a Viohalco subsidiary and one of the leading Real Estate Investment Companies in Greece. She is responsible for the company’s retail portfolio, including River West and River West Open retail destinations in Athens and Mare West retail park in Corinth, overseeing their overall retail and leasing strategy, development projects, commercial performance and operations. With more than 25 years of senior executive experience across the retail, luxury beauty and FMCG sectors in multinational groups - Estée Lauder, P&G Prestige, Henkel and WELLA - she has a strong track record in business growth, brand building, commercial strategy and consumer loyalty. Prior to her current position, she was Brand General Manager for Balkans at Estée Lauder Hellas, leading major luxury beauty brands across five markets. Earlier in her career, she served as Managing Director of Procter & Gamble Prestige Brands, with responsibility for the marketing and commercial strategy of a portfolio of luxury fragrance and beauty brands. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, with a major in Marketing and Total Quality Management.
