Dimitris Andritsos is Chairman of the Board at Cerved Property Services, having previously served as the company’s CEO from 2019 to 2025. Prior to this, he was CEO of Eurobank Property Services from 2008 to 2019, leading real estate services operations in Greece and across Central and Eastern Europe. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and financial services, he has held senior executive positions across real estate advisory, valuations, asset and property management, investment, corporate real estate and structured finance. He holds a PhD in Automated Valuation Models from the Technical University of Crete, an MSc in International Economics, Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, and a degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a member of RICS and the Association of Greek Valuers and a Certified Valuer of the Greek Ministry of Finance.
